Creator Terms

1. Who Can Publish

You must be 18 or older and signed in with your own Spinloo account. You are responsible for everything published from your account.

2. Your Art Stays Yours

You keep ownership of the art, sound and animations in your theme. Publishing doesn't transfer them to Spinloo, and you're free to use them anywhere else.

3. The Licence You Give Spinloo

When you publish a theme, you give Spinloo a free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence with no end date to store, copy, resize, convert, show and play your theme in Spinloo's games, its theme gallery and its promotion of Spinloo. Because published themes can be in use in players' games, this licence continues after you update a theme and after a theme is removed.

4. What You Promise

• You created the work, or you have every right needed to grant the licence above.
• Your theme doesn't copy anyone else's art, characters, logos, brands or music.
• Your theme contains no hateful, sexual or illegal content, and nothing that promotes real-money gambling.

5. No Payment

Publishing is free and unpaid. Spinloo pays no fees, royalties or revenue share for a theme. Spinloo uses play money only: credits have no cash value, so a theme never earns money for you or for players.

6. Updates and Removal

You can publish a new version of your theme to the same web address, and it replaces the old one. You can't remove a published theme yourself. Spinloo may hide or remove any theme at any time, for example after a report.

7. Reporting a Theme

If a theme uses your work without permission or breaks these terms, sign in and use "Report this theme" on its gallery page.

8. Changes to These Terms

Spinloo may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Publishing or updating a theme after a change means you accept the new terms.

9. No Warranty

The Creator Studio and theme gallery are provided as they are, without any promise that they will always be available or free of errors.
