Spinloo Privacy Policy | Your Account and Game Data

1. What We Collect

Your account: your email address and an internal account ID.
People you invite: if you host, the phone number or email address you send each invite to is stored with that invitation.
Play records: credit balances, transfers, game results and the seeds behind each spin.
Technical data: IP address, device details, security events and rate-limit counters.

2. How We Use It

To sign you in, run games and invitations, keep the credit ledger correct, protect accounts and stop abuse.

3. Who Sees It

We don't sell personal data. Hosts see the balances and activity of the friends who joined them, and part of each friend's email address. Anyone who opens an invite link first can join with it, so a host sees whichever account joined, whatever number or address the link went to. Our service providers process data to run Spinloo: Cloudflare hosts the game and its database, and Resend sends sign-in codes. The game loads some fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it does. Invitations go out from the host's own texts or email app.

4. How Long We Keep It and How to Delete It

We keep your data while your account exists. To delete your account, open the game menu and choose Delete account. That removes your email address and sign-in, your credits, invitations you sent or received (including the contacts you invited), rooms you host, and themes, likes and comments you shared. Game records and records of any app purchases stay, linked only to a random ID and not to your email, so the credit ledger stays correct.

If you hosted and got the 200,000-credit starting bankroll, we keep one more record after you delete your account: a code computed from your email address (a SHA-256 hash), not the address itself. It lets us recognize that address if it signs up again, so each address gets the starting bankroll once.

Delete account also removes the themes you published in the theme gallery, with their files, and the reports you made there. Hosts' rooms that used one of your themes stop playing it. Your theme web addresses become free for other creators. For any other privacy question, email [email protected].

5. Play Money Only

Spinloo is a play-money casino night for friends. Credits have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value.
